About FollowerCharts

FollowerCharts is a live subscriber and follower tracking platform for YouTube, Twitch and Kick. We collect data hourly from all three platforms and turn it into a clear, real-time picture of how creators are growing — or declining — over time.

What we track

We monitor thousands of YouTube channels, Twitch streamers and Kick streamers, recording their subscriber and follower counts every hour. From that data we calculate 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day growth figures, rank every creator against their peers, and build historical charts showing how their audience has changed over time.

Each creator page shows a live, extrapolated counter — updated in real time based on their recent hourly growth rate — alongside milestone tracking, growth predictions and a side-by-side comparison tool.

Where the data comes from

YouTube subscriber counts are sourced from the official YouTube Data API. Twitch follower counts are sourced from the official Twitch API. Kick follower counts are fetched from Kick's channel API — Kick's official public API does not currently expose follower counts, so we use their channel endpoint directly. We do not scrape, estimate or fabricate any figures.

Because YouTube allows channels to hide their subscriber count, some channels will not appear on our leaderboards. Twitch and Kick follower data is publicly available for all channels.

How often data updates

Leaderboard data refreshes every hour. All tracked YouTube channels, the top 500 Twitch streamers and all tracked Kick streamers are updated on the hour. Mid-tier Twitch streamers (ranks 501–2000) update every two hours, and the remainder every six hours. Growth figures — 24h, 7d and 30d — are recalculated each time a new snapshot is taken.

The live counters you see on creator pages are extrapolated from recent hourly growth rates and tick in real time. They are an estimate, not a direct feed from YouTube, Twitch or Kick.

Comparisons

Our comparison tool lets you put any two creators from the same platform side by side — any two YouTube channels, any two Twitch streamers, or any two Kick streamers. You can compare total counts, growth over different time periods, rank history and projected crossover points — all on a shareable URL.

Missing creators

If a creator you're looking for isn't on FollowerCharts, it's most likely because their channel wasn't included in our initial data seed, or because they have their subscriber count hidden on YouTube. We're continually expanding our database across all three platforms. If you'd like a specific creator added, get in touch via our contact page.
